In a quiet location of Schwangau we offer you a 2-room apartment with a large terrace in a very well-kept country house. An underground parking space also belongs to the apartment. It is only a few minutes' walk to the village center with shops and restaurants, and to Forggensee. The apartment is located directly on the bike and hiking trail. Neuschwanstein Castle is 2 km away.
You can also visit the Königliche Kristalltherme with a large sauna and wellness area approx. 600m away.

Gäste auf einer Hochzeit im Festpielhaus.

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Lage war super. Da wir unsere Räder dabei hatten, war die Terrasse äußerst praktisch.Herr Hofer ist sehr freundlich und hat uns auch um 17 Uhr persönlich an der Unterkunft empfangen. Sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bin sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung selbst war super, alles drin, was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man hat von der Terrasse aus den Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für mich persönlich hat die Wohnung ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in königlicher Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung in einem Appartementhaus liegt ruhig, umgeben von Wiesen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Forggensees. Sie ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren, man kann sowohl die Fahrräder als auch das Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein schöner Ort zum Erholen.

Einer der schönsten Plätze im Allgäu

Wir haben eine kleine, moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht vorgefunden. Super, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stand. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von diesem Ort könnten wir ganz viele Ausflüge mit kurzer Anfahrt machen. Besonders den Besuch im Festspielhaus zu einer Vorstellung können wir weiter empfehlen. Dadurch, dass die Gegend so attraktiv ist, ist natürlich auch viel los und manches ziemlich überlaufen. Aber nördlich von Füßen gibt es auch noch viele ruhige Seen man muss nur etwas weiter aufs Land. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in optimaler Lage

Gut eingerichtete, absolut ruhige Wohnung für 2 Personen in schöner Ortsrandlage und direkter Seenähe. Die Lage liegt optimal am Radwegenetz, auch Wanderungen rund um den See kann man von hier aus starten. Tiefgarage und abschließbarer Fahrradkeller vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles begann mit einem sehr netten Vermieter, der uns die Wohnung bestens erklärt hat. Das Domizil hat für zwei Personen genau die richtige Größe, hier mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Terrasse lädt herrlich zum Verweilen ein. Auch der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist eine tolle Sache. Für grosse Autos ist er allerdings etwas schmal bemessen, aber es geht. Kurz und gut: Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Winter 2020

Wir waren eine Woche in Hofers Ferienwohnung, sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tiefgarage mit Zugang von der Wohnung, Übergabe pünklich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt, Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Preisleistung voll in Ordnung, meine Empfehlung.

Wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Einziges Manko: der Garagenstellplatz ist für die heutigen Fahrzeuge viel zu klein, so dass wir draußen geparkt haben.

Die Whg. sieht ganz genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles praktisch, ordentlich und sauber. Die kleine Spülmaschine war klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gesessen und den schönen Blick auf die Berge genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
