The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed—ideal for restful nights. The modern shower room stylishly rounds out the living space, featuring a walk-in shower, a large vanity, a separate toilet, and—as is our custom—an additional magnifying mirror.

It’s the little details that make all the difference: A hair dryer, cot, or dog are available upon request. Free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, and access to a washing machine, dryer, and iron with ironing board in the hallway ensure that you’ll feel completely taken care of.

Each apartment has a unique layout and is lovingly furnished—ranging from cosy and compact to spacious and family-friendly., Whether with a private entrance, a balcony, or a two-story maisonette layout: Everyone will find their perfect holiday home here. Sizes range from approximately 30 m² to 46 m², ideal for couples and families.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while cosy spring-core sleeper sofas offer additional space to relax or spend the night. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi and at least one flat-screen TV, are, of course, included.

The building also provides a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing set for shared use. We’ve even thought of the little ones: A cot is available upon request. Dogs are also welcome in some apartments—please just ask in advance.
