Nestled between the forest and the sea, the “House by the Sea” is located in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow—on a fully fenced-in lot, just 50 metres from West Beach.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a view of the garden and the adjacent forest—an ideal setting for cooking for the whole family. Adjacent to it is a light-filled, open living room with a large window front and direct access to the patio. An extendable dining table seats up to ten people; the comfortable couch can be used as an additional sleeping area if needed. A chest of drawers with a television rounds out the living room furnishings.
The patio is equipped with patio furniture and a grill, inviting you to enjoy cosy moments outdoors.
The spacious bathroom on the ground floor features two sinks, a bidet, and a walk-in shower, and has a window overlooking the garden. An adjacent utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ample storage cabinets complements the home’s practical amenities.

Upper Floor
A charming antique wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where two cosy bedrooms are located.
The bedroom on the left is furnished with a double bed, a couch, a wardrobe, a television, and a small desk by the window—from which there is a charming view of the Baltic Sea through the pine trees of the nearby grove. A fireplace ensures cosy evenings; plenty of firewood is available in the garden.
The bedroom on the right features a double bed, two nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a spacious closet in the hallway. Exposed roof beams in this over 100-year-old Thiessow house lend this room a very special, authentic atmosphere.

Amenities & Notes
In the morning, you’ll be awakened by birdsong, the rustling of pine tree tops, or the distant sound of the surf from the three beaches within walking distance. All windows are equipped with fly screens and privacy screens. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Dogs are welcome; there is an additional charge of 5 € per night for them. The driveway and the lawn behind the house are available as parking areas.

The Property—Bungalow & Multigenerational Option
In addition to the main house, there is a separate bungalow on the property that is also available for rent. Both units are designed to be completely independent: Each tenant has their own clearly defined private space. The bungalow has its own garden area, which is separated from the rest of the property by mature landscaping and a fence with a small gate, thus ensuring pleasant
