The open-concept kitchen area, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, among other amenities. A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure cosiness, while Wi-Fi and a TV provide everyday convenience. The private sauna, as well as access to the shared sauna and heated outdoor pool, invite you to relax.

Outside, you’ll find a terrace, a balcony, and a garden with patio furniture, a gazebo, a parasol, and a grill. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea; the sea is about 100 metres away, and the nearest sandy beach is about 2.5 kilometres away. Restaurants are about 200 metres away, and shopping and public transport are each about 150 metres away. Two private parking spaces are available; a car is recommended.
