A leisurely getaway in a holiday apartment in an Art Nouveau villa with a prime location. Situated directly on the Rhine with a view of Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and just a short distance from the Deutsches Eck, it is the ideal starting point for excursions by bike, on foot, by boat, or by car. In a quiet location on the outskirts of town, surrounded by expansive Rhine meadows and parks, it offers pure relaxation.

This beautiful, 75 m² fully equipped non-smoking apartment features a living room with a bay window overlooking the Rhine and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, satellite TV, a stereo system, a dining room/kitchen with a full kitchenette and a dining area overlooking the Rhine, a bedroom for two people with a view of the Rhine, and a spacious, naturally lit bathroom facing the garden with a comfort shower. The hallway/closet is furnished with an Art Nouveau window and additional seating.
A garage is available for storing bicycles, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer for shared use. A free parking space is also available at the house or on the street.

Amenities include a bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m x 2.0 m) and a closet with ample storage space, a spacious, naturally lit bathroom facing the garden, equipped with a comfort shower (1.0 m x 1.4 m), a low-flush toilet, a sink, ample counter space, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, etc. The kitchen-dining area offers a stunning view of the Rhine and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, etc. The living room, featuring a bay window and a view of the Rhine and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, is the perfect place to relax. The living room also features an LCD TV with satellite reception. Bedding and hand/bath towels are provided. The garage offers storage space for your bicycles.





On-site costs: Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Final cleaning: 50 €

Wir waren mit unserer Frage, ob wir dauerhaft einen Mietvertrag unterschreiben dürfen wohl nicht die einzigen :-). Anhand der Formulierung sieht man, dass wir uns mit den Vermietern gut verstanden haben und dass es uns dort sehr gut gefallen hat. Für uns ein klarer Fall von Wiederholungsgefahr. Die Vermieter haben auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und nach Abschluss des Aufenthalt herzlich verabschiedet. Maximale Übererfüllung aller Kriterien aus unserer Sicht.
