Kommunikation mit Vermieter war klasse, Zugang und Verlassen des Objektes durch Code und ohne Schlüssel möglich. Somit kann jeder Berechtigte jederzeit gehen und kommen. Kein Schlüssel der verloren gehen kann. Parken am Objekt (in der Tiefgarage gegen Entgelt?) wäre noch super gewesen. Aber das Phils Place liegt gut für den ÖPN, wir haben uns ein Parkhaus in Siebenhirten gemietet. Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 Fernseher und der im Küchen-/Wohnzimmerbereich auch noch drehbar. Die Couch ist für 3 etwas klein. Und die Küchenstühle zwar sehr stylisch, aber für länger sitzen unbequem. Bad sehr schön, Handtuchtrockner und Fussbodenheizung ein Traum. Küche auch top, Miele Geräte, wir haben erst eine/ unsere Microwelle/Airfryer vermisst, aber der Ofen machts ja auch, dauert halt nur länger... In Summe für einen Städetrip nach Wien zu empfehlen.
