We’re delighted that you’re interested in our holiday home nestled in the idyllic lake landscape of Lychen. We discovered and fell in love with this little corner of the world—just a few metres from the Great Lychen Lake—in 2015. With the completion of our Lychen Lake Villa in 2025, we’ve fulfilled a dream that we’d love to share with you. Our 160 m² villa can accommodate 4 guests. It is located, along with 12 other luxury villas, on a 60,000 m² private estate in the immediate vicinity of the Großer Lychensee. To ensure you feel right at home, we planned and furnished our Lychensee villa with great attention to detail. The underfloor heating integrated throughout the house keeps your feet warm in winter and, combined with the cooling system, ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer. The entryway, complete with a coat closet, leads directly into the spacious living and dining area. This space is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a fireplace, and a smart TV. Two cosy window seats invite you to browse through a book from our small library. In the adjacent, fully equipped open kitchen, you can let your culinary creativity run wild and enjoy your meals either in the dining area or in the adjoining sunroom. This space is perfect for cosy evenings with friends or family. On each floor, the two tastefully furnished bedrooms feature 180x200 box-spring beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a TV. A fold-out sofa with a mattress topper in the lounge offers additional sleeping space. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. In the upper bathroom, we’ve installed a high-quality ash wood sauna with a window overlooking the adjacent forest. After a visit to the sauna, the 50-square-meter rooftop terrace with sun loungers—in addition to the lounge, which features a smart TV—invites you to relax. Enjoy the peace and tranquility on the large covered and open-air rooftop terrace overlooking the Großer Lychensee and the adjacent forest. Access to the Großer Lychensee is located not far from the villa at a designated swimming area. Here you can swim, launch a paddleboat and cruise across the lakes, or set out on a fishing trip.
The villa is child-friendly and equipped with a high chair, a toilet training seat, and board games. A travel cot is provided free of charge upon request. Bed linens, towels, firewood, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included. Utility costs based on consumption and a visitor’s tax apply. A damage deposit of €200 is required prior to arrival. This will be refunded in full no later than 14 days after your departure, once the property has been inspected and no damage has been found. Terrace furnishings are subject to the season. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house entrance.
