The fine sandy beach of Dierhagen-Neuhaus begins just about 500 metres from the house; it’s quiet, spacious, and ideal for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea. Behind it, dunes and pine forests shape the landscape and create a true holiday atmosphere. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides between the beach, the forest, and the sea.

Holiday Home
The newly renovated holiday home offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. Bright rooms, natural materials, and modern amenities create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Families with children in particular will appreciate the well-thought-out floor plan, which includes two children’s rooms. The large garden perfectly complements the house and invites you to enjoy relaxing days surrounded by nature.

Ground Floor
The living and dining area, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, forms the centrepiece of this level. A children’s room with bunk beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed create distinct areas for children and adults. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and is functionally furnished.

Upper Floor
This level features a bedroom with a double bed and a lovingly designed children’s room with two children’s beds and an additional single bed for an adult. The children’s room offers plenty of space to play. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and two sinks.

Outdoor Area
The large property offers plenty of space to relax, play, and unwind. Four terraces provide various outdoor retreats. There are sandpits for children and cosy seating areas for adults to unwind.

Accessibility
The parking space is located directly on the holiday home’s property. The entrance to the house is step-free and easily accessible. The main living areas, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, are located on the ground floor, allowing for a comfortable stay on one level. However, there are a few steps and changes in elevation inside the house.

Special Features
The house includes five parking spaces as well as lockable bike racks with an e-bike charging station. A wallbox is available for a fee. A one-time fee of 50 EUR covers multiple charges. The wallbox is activated using a card available at the office. Dogs are also welcome, so nothing stands in the way of a holiday with the whole family—including your four-legged friends.
