3-room apartment for 4 persons with terrace, parking space, WLAN. Pets allowed.

This beautiful holiday apartment, measuring approximately 65 m² and accommodating up to 4 people, spans two levels and is located in an absolutely quiet area in the southern part of Westerland. The ground floor features a thoughtfully furnished living and dining area whose cosy atmosphere invites you to relax. The separate kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is fully equipped. A staircase leads down to the lower level, where you’ll find two bright double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate guest bathroom. Feel free to enjoy the lovely terrace with an adjoining garden, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair (in season). Free Wi-Fi, a designated parking space, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer are available for your use. The TV in the bedroom can only be used with your own streaming accounts; linear TV channels are not available there. Pets are allowed.

Note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit optimal ausgestatteter Küche, verteilt über 2 Etagen. Die Terrasse ist komplett eingezäunt. Optimal für Hundebesitzer, wir waren mit unserem Havanesen hier. Nachmittags (Anfang März)scheint die Sonne schön in die Terrasse. Man kann prima im Strandkorb die Ruhe genießen. Zu Fuß haben wir ca. 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Westerland benötigt. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Dank an das Team Unterkunft Sylt.
