The Almrosenhütte is a newly built log cabin-stylenestled amidst alpine meadows with an impressive view of the surrounding mountains. The area around the Almrosenhütte is part of the Astental hiking region and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The cabin’s location is a paradise for hikers, snowshoers, and ski tourers. With its cosy atmosphere, this comfortable lodge offers the ideal setting for a relaxing mountain holiday. At the Almrosenhütte, you can leave everyday life behind and unwind. The “Sadnighaus,” an Alpine Club lodge, is just a few hundred metres from the Almrosenhütte. At the “Sadnighaus,” guests can treat themselves to regional hut specialities. The nearest town is Mörtschach, located about seven kilometres from the Almrosenhütte. In Mörtschach, you’ll find shops for daily necessities as well as restaurants. The Almrosenhütte is accessible by car year-round. A car park is located right next to the hut. Dogs are welcome at the Almrosenhütte.
