The sun-drenched living room is furnished with a spacious sofa and a cosy sitting area.
The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher.

The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a TV.
Right next door, in the adjoining hallway, there is a closet where you can store your clothes and personal belongings.

The quiet rooftop terrace, with its beach chair, is ideal for relaxing. (Available from April through October)
From there, you can see the ocean in the distance.

An underground parking space is available for your use (2.45 m wide). There is also a shared basement where you can store your bicycles, as well as a laundry room.
You can take the lift directly from the underground car park to the 3rd floor.
