This holiday rental is brand-new and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Everything feels new, clean, and well-thought-out—a place where you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive.

Accommodates up to four people.

The combined living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. This is where you gather, eat together, play, or wind down at the end of the day. The sofa, armchair, dining table, and coat rack blend harmoniously into the open floor plan, creating a pleasant living atmosphere.

Cook, enjoy, and spend time together.

The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, making self-catering particularly convenient. An induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and hand mixer are all provided—from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner.

Two bedrooms—peace and quiet for everyone.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180×200 cm) with an open footboard, a closet, blackout curtains, and a TV.
The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm each)—also with a closet, blackout curtains, and a TV. Ideal for children, friends, or guests who prefer to sleep separately.

A wellness experience included.

The spacious bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub—perfect for a refreshing start to the day or relaxing evenings. A toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and a skylight ensure comfort and pleasant natural light.

Relax outdoors.

The balcony extends the living space outdoors. Equipped with a table and four chairs, a patio umbrella, and an electric grill, it’s the ideal spot for al fresco dining or a quiet end to the day.

Entertainment & Comfort.

Three TVs (in the living room and both bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a radio, and a collection of games provide entertainment for any weather. Underfloor heating in all rooms, privacy screens on all windows, and a washing machine provide additional comfort.

Practical Extras.

An iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and vacuum cleaner are provided. A parking space is located directly next to the house; the clearance height of the parking area is 2.05 m. The lift in the building provides convenient access to the apartment. One dog is welcome upon request.
