Living with a Cosy Atmosphere
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy sofa nook, and a gas fireplace —ideal for relaxing. The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a combination oven/microwave. From here, you have direct access to the sunny terrace with patio furniture and your own beach chair (April through October)—perfect for breakfast in the fresh air or relaxing afternoons. A guest bathroom rounds out this level.

Sleep & Relax
In the basement, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as your private sauna and a modern shower room. On the upper floor, you’ll find another double bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a stylish bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, shower, and toilet. The attic features a lovingly designed nook with a small double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a desk—a cosy retreat for children or guests.
