This light-filled, newly furnished, and newly built holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—all to yourself. With spacious windows, two cosy bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, and two sunny terraces, the house is perfect for couples, friends, families, and business travellers.

The Accommodation:
Our newly built holiday home is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in Upper Swabia at the foot of the Bussen—an ideal starting point for nature lovers, those seeking relaxation, and explorers.

What to expect:
1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed
1 comfortable connecting room with a table and a high-quality sofa bed—ideal for children, travelling companions, or as a workspace
Additionally: A pull-out couch in the living room that can be used as an additional sleeping space if needed
A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and natural light
A large, open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen
2 spacious terraces – a sheltered terrace in the back, a spacious one with a view and plenty of sun in the front
Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and the stylish furnishings combine comfort with modern architecture

The house is located on a private road in a quiet setting at the foot of the Bussen, with a great view, nestled among the rolling hills of Upper Swabia—a region known for its nature, hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, bike rides, and day trips. Attractions, thermal baths, and charming towns such as Riedlingen, Biberach, Bad Buchau, and Federsee are easily accessible.

Additional important information:
For bookings for 1–2 people, one bedroom is provided as standard. Use of the second bedroom and the provision of a cot are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
