The open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with two modern, pull-out corduroy-style sofa sets, which invite you to enjoy cosy TV nights and can also be used as sleeping accommodation for a third and fourth person. From here, you can also step out onto the spacious, covered loggia, which offers a relaxing spot even in rainy weather. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4 people in the living and dining area.

You’ll be particularly enchanted by the bedroom, which offers a cosy atmosphere thanks to acoustic panels and photo wallpaper. The cosy box-spring bed also adds a special touch to the room.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and features pleasant natural light.

During your stay, you can park your car in the building’s underground garage (2m clearance!) and your four-legged companions are also welcome guests here.
