New to our rental portfolio: The newly renovated 3-room apartment “Auszeit Neustadt” offers modern living comfort in a cosy atmosphere across more than 75 m² and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday on the Baltic Sea. Located just 500 metres from the picturesque harbour in Neustadt in Holstein, the apartment features a sunny balcony where you can relax and unwind at the end of each day. The large bedroom is equipped with high-quality, comfortable mattresses for a restful night’s sleep and also has its own TV. The living area features two comfortable sleeper sofas (each 160x200 cm), and there is also a small room with a children’s sleeper sofa (140x140 cm) as well as another children’s sleeper sofa of the same size. This means the apartment can accommodate up to four adults and two children. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a large bathtub and a shower, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The new, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and microwave, and offers the perfect setting for cooking and dining together.
