Welcome to our charming stone house, made up of 2 apartments, in Saint-Capraise-de-Lalinde, in the heart of Périgord. Our 55 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
You have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa, TV, and dining area. The private kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. You enjoy private Wi-Fi and access to a shared washer/dryer in the communal laundry room.
Exceptional location: directly on the canal, along the Voie Verte V91. Relax in the shared landscaped garden or stroll by the water. Bicycles are available free of charge.
Village convenience (everything on foot): grocery store, bakery, restaurant just meters away, post office, event hall, charging stations for electric vehicles. A coworking space is right next door.
Check-in from 4 pm – Check-out before 11 am. Non-smoking accommodation. Please respect shared spaces. We live on site in a separate unit.
Pets allowed (max 2). Parties are not permitted. Free public parking nearby. Entrance and laundry are shared. Bedrooms are on a mezzanine (mind the low ceiling at the top of the stairs). The house is near a main road.
Nearby: shops and Lalinde market. 20 min away: Bergerac vineyards. Activities: walking and cycling on the Voie Verte, canoeing, paddleboarding, wine tasting, medieval villages of Périgord.
