With a private pool, sunny terraces and a boat mooring, it is ideal for families, groups of friends and anyone wishing to spend their holiday by the water.

Thanks to its central location, the beach, town centre, restaurants and shops can all be reached on foot within just a few minutes.

Two floors – plenty of space for your holiday

Villa Luna is spread over two floors, each with its own living area and kitchen. This provides plenty of space and privacy, even when travelling with a larger family or a group of friends.

Upper floor

The upper floor features a spacious dining area with a large dining table and direct access to the sunny balcony. From here you can enjoy wonderful views of the canal.

The comfortable living room is equipped with a sofa and satellite TV.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and additional kitchen utensils.

The ground floor has a large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and direct access to the south-facing terrace. Here you can relax and easily access the outdoor area.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and additional kitchen utensils.

Private pool and outdoor area

The beautiful south-facing terrace with private pool is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a dining area with charcoal barbecue are available.

The large, partially covered balcony offers additional seating and a dining table. Here you can enjoy meals together while overlooking the main canal.

Boat mooring and special extras

For boat owners, Villa Luna can offer a possible mooring for boats up to 7 metres directly at the house, subject to prior arrangement. A private parking space is also available.

By prior arrangement, a trip on a 50-foot luxury yacht with skipper can also be organised. Please contact us if you would like to add a special experience on the water to your holiday.

Additional services

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance.

On request and with sufficient advance notice, we can also provide an interim cleaning service as well as a change of bed linen and towels. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. The price depends on the requested service.

Internet and air conditioning are included in the rental price. The stated prices apply to the entire Villa Luna for up to 10 guests.

The children’s package includes an inflatable water toy, sand toys, a colouring book and colouring pencils.

If bed linen is booked, the beds will be made before your arrival.
