The Location
The quiet, rural setting in the village with scenic views offers a welcome respite from everyday life. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and even an outdoor pool are within walking distance.
From here, you can reach great destinations: Husum, with its idyllic harbour, restaurants, and diverse shopping options, is about 12 km away. A snack bar and a restaurant serving lunch are within walking distance. You can reach the islands of Föhr, Amrum, and Sylt from Nordstrand, and it’s only a half-hour drive to Schleswig for a visit to the Haitabu Museum.

The open-concept living area features a cosy sofa nook, a dining area, and satellite TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils. A dining table, tea towels, a coffee maker, and a toaster round out the kitchen amenities.

Heating and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable living environment, while privacy screens on all windows guarantee your privacy. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

The fenced-in lot, with an area of 380 m², is available for your exclusive use and is ideal for families with children. They can play carefree in the garden or on the patio. Two pets are welcome. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, a patio umbrella, and a windbreak also provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

A charcoal grill is available for social gatherings. A private parking space at the house, complete with an electric car charging station, rounds out the modern and practical amenities. E-bikes can be stored safely in the adjacent shed.
