This charming 40 m² studio apartment accommodates up to four people and features tasteful furnishings as well as an east-facing loggia with a magnificent view of Godewindpark. Here, you can especially enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and fresh sea air. You’ll be staying just about 300 metres from the fine sandy beach and about 320 metres from the sea.

The apartment features one bedroom and a total of two rooms.
The living area features an open layout and includes a comfortable sofa, an armchair, two large flat-screen TVs (44–55 inches), a dining table, and dressers. The light-filled living room opens onto a covered balcony with a view of the garden and comfortable outdoor furniture.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, toilet, and hair dryer. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in the bathroom and living area. Wi-Fi and internet access are also available.

An lift connects the wellness area to all floors, so you can easily get back to your apartment.

On the rooftop, you’ll also find a spacious sun deck with comfortable furnishings—ideal for relaxing or sunbathing during the season. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. The quiet location right next to Godewindpark ensures relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, while at the same time allowing you to reach the lively promenade, cosy cafés, restaurants, and shopping options in just a few minutes.

The resort also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible holiday complex also features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground car park with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry facilities on every floor (for a fee). Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodation—ideal for holidays with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
