This spacious 3-room apartment, with approximately 66 m² of living space, accommodates up to five people and combines modern design with thoughtful functionality—perfect for families, couples, or small travel groups who value space, tranquility, and quality.

A special highlight is the covered loggia facing a sunny southwest, which offers sunlight all day long as well as the refreshing climate of the Baltic Sea. Here you can start your day in a relaxed manner with a leisurely breakfast or enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening with a glass of wine. Furnished with comfortable patio furniture, it will quickly become your favourite outdoor spot. The loggia is accessible directly from the living area.

The apartment features a bright, welcoming atmosphere, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, and comfortable underfloor heating. For relaxing holiday moments, a cosy living-dining area is at your disposal—including a comfortable sleeper sofa and a SMART TV.

The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and even an egg cooker are all provided so you can take care of everything yourself—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner together.

Especially convenient for holidays with several people: In addition to the stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, heated towel rack, sink with a hair dryer, and heated floors, there’s also a second, separate toilet—a real plus when it comes to comfort.

The two adjacent bedrooms are each equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and a SMART TV—so all travellers can find their own retreat for restful nights and relaxing moments. Dogs are welcome.

The spa area is available to you free of charge during opening hours. If you don’t have a dressing gown with you, you can rent one, along with sauna towels, for a fee. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. The resort also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible holiday complex also features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground car park with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry facilities on every floor (for a fee). Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be securely stored in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodation—ideal for holidays with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
