With 62 m² of living space, this modern 3-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for couples, families, or friends who value quality and well-thought-out amenities.

First thing in the morning, the sun greets you on the covered, east-facing loggia, which offers a magnificent view of the idyllic Godewind Park. Enjoy your breakfast here in a peaceful atmosphere and let the soothing greenery and fresh sea air inspire you. The loggia is directly accessible from the open-concept living-dining area and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

This bright and stylishly furnished non-smoking apartment features sun-protective glazing on some floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi. The cosy living area invites you to relax with a comfortable double sleeper sofa and a large SMART TV.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven—everything is ready so you can cook and enjoy meals to your heart’s content, even while on holiday.

Two separate bedrooms offer the ultimate in sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds and are each equipped with their own SMART TV—ideal for retreating and winding down the day in peace.

A special extra awaits you in the two fully equipped bathrooms: One features a walk-in shower, the other a comfortable bathtub—each complemented by a toilet, a sink with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a towel radiator, and, of course, underfloor heating for a pleasant indoor climate.

During opening hours, the spa area is available to you free of charge. If you don’t have a dressing gown with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.
