This 2BR/2BA condominium has been and continues to be one of the most popular resort destinations on the Grand Strand. Step out the door and onto the beach with NO ROADS TO CROSS! Without using your car you can enjoy incredibly wide beaches, live music and dancing at popular Ocean Annie’s and Flip Flops, fishing in Singleton Marsh and Apache Pier, and great burgers and salads at River City Cafe©.

You will find yourself just minutes away from entertainment like the Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage and the House of Blues. If you like golfing we are centrally located to an abundance of championship golf courses. If shopping is your thing there are plenty of delightful places like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlets.

Our condo is on the top floor (3rd) and overlooks the ocean and the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar so you can just kick back and enjoy live music from your balcony. If at the last minute you run out of food or drinks there is a food mart and liquor store in walking distance.

This complex offers two pools, BBQ area, coin operated washers/dryers and off-street parking.

Rental price is inclusive of all fees and departure cleaning.

LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND ONLY 1 PARKING PASS PER RENTAL AS PER HOA RULES.

Sheets/towels can be provided for up to 6 people upon request for an additional charge.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-In 4pm / Check-Out 10am.

THE HOA DOES NOT ALLOW PETS OR MOTORCYCLES AND ONLY ALLOWS 1 PARKING PASS PER RENTAL. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. The minimum age for renters is 25 and maximum number of guests is 6.
