Cozy 3-room vacation apartment with balcony

The living area of this apartment is larger than its 45 square metres would suggest. That’s because the space under the sloped ceilings isn’t included in the square footage, yet it adds extra room—and cosiness. This apartment, too, has a very practical layout. The cosy living area and the large kitchen-diner are separate here. Both are fully equipped with cable TV/radio (and there’s no shortage of good books) and all the essential kitchen accessories. The kitchen offers an additional sleeping option in the form of a fold-out couch. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. This apartment is particularly popular with our guests because of its “feel-good atmosphere” and the beautiful view of the greenery and over the rooftops of the village. Behind the large windows lies the south-facing balcony, which is not only particularly spacious but can also be used in a variety of ways thanks to its square layout.
