Apartment in an efficiency house, small but nice for 2 people, living / dining area with sofa bed, separate bedroom (box spring bed 1.60 x 2.00), bathroom, underfloor heating. Centrally located, yet quiet location. Ideal starting point to get to the beach or the city in a few minutes on foot: Distance to the west beach approx. 3 minutes, to the city approx. 5 minutes. 2 bicycles included for the entire rental period.

Super Ausstattung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen (Strand, Ort, Hafen). Teilweise etwas beengt, was bei der Quadratmeter zahl zu erwarten war. Die kleineTerasse ist positiv fotografiert, da sie zur Straße (Sackgasse) liegt. Jetzt in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig gelegen. Ideal fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Hallo, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch in der KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was uns was gestört hat, dass die integrierte LĂŒftung sehr schwach war. Nachts hat man zwischendurch mit dem Fenster zu lĂŒften mĂŒssen, da die Fenster keine Fliegengitter waren und viele Spinnen und MĂŒcken unterwegs waren, war es sehr unangenehm. Zudem war es tagsĂŒber in der Wohnung trotz dem Erdgeschoss sehr warm.

Kleines Juwel in top Lage!

Es war einfach alles perfekt...!!! Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, super sauber und sehr modern ausgestattet, sehr nette und engagierte Vermieter und die Ausstattung der Wohnung kann man nur als Spitzenklasse beschreiben! Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt, dazu kommt noch die liebevoll ausgesuchte Dekoration und die vielen kleinen Besonderheiten, angefangen von diversen BĂŒchern, Spielen, Playstation, Alexa... usw. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, es stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit und auf dem Bett ein TĂ€felchen Schokolade. Herzlich Willkommen auf einer kleinen Schiefertafel... und das haben wir uns auch vom ersten Moment an gefĂŒhlt! Die Wohnung liegt superzentral, so dass Strand und Ort fußlĂ€ufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Es war himmlisch ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fĂŒr uns ist jetzt schon klar, wenn wir noch einmal nach Norderney kommen, dann muss es wieder diese Wohnung sein. Liebe Familie Visser, wir sagen 1000 Dank fĂŒr alles!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.. !! :)

Eine tolle Woche, bei zum GlĂŒck angenehmem Wetter, verbracht.. !! Die Insel mit der beindruckenden DĂŒnen-Landschaft mit RĂ€der erkundet ! Aber auch die Promenade und die unglaublich großen StrĂ€nde besucht !

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll der Beschreibung + einige zusĂ€tzliche FunktionalitĂ€ten. Sie ist strandnah und zentrumsnah aber sie liegt dennoch in einer ruhigen Zone. Alles war sauber und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles Prima!

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist warm und gemĂŒtlich. Zu zweit ist ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen und recht hochwertigem Wohngebiet. FĂŒnf Minuten bis im die Stadt und noch weniger mit den FahrrĂ€dern, die inklusive sind.

Sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ein großes Plus ist der kurze Weg zum Strand. Einziges Manko sind die hohen SchrĂ€nke in der KĂŒche.

Klein aber fein - tolle Lage

Das kleine Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Eine etwas grĂ¶ĂŸere Kaffeemaschine wĂ€re schön fĂŒr GĂ€ste, die morgens jeder 2 Pötte Kaffee trinken möchten... Die Lage ist optimal zum Ortskern und als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr schöne Radtouren. Leider kann man die kleine Terrasse wenig nutzen: morgens sonnig, jedoch meist zu windig und kĂŒhl - nachmittags keine Sonne mehr. Die technische Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen !

Kurzurlaub im Novemeber

Das Inserat entsprach ziemlich genau der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr 2 Personen in einem Kurzurlaub perfekt geeignet, Ausstattung ist gut und vollstĂ€ndig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist Innenstadtnah, jedoch auch nah am Hafen, wodurch man gut zu Fuß von und zur FĂ€hre gelangen kann.

Eine kleine, aber hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Besonders toll ist, dass zwei FahrrĂ€der zur Wohnung gehören. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!
