Three bedrooms ensure restful nights: Two rooms each feature a cosy double bed, while the third room has two bunk beds—perfect for children or teenagers. The open-concept living area features plenty of wood, light, and natural materials, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom features a comfortable shower, and some chalets also have a guest bathroom. The balcony, spacious terrace, private sauna, and hot tub invite you to relax—here you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The chalets at the Zipflwiese holiday village in Sankt Englmar combine Alpine charm with modern comfort. Bright, natural wood construction, an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a modern bathroom (some with a guest bathroom), a terrace or balcony, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and underfloor heating create a cosy atmosphere. Stylishly furnished in a modern Alpine style, large windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. Parking is available. The deposit is 40% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 0–5 years: free; 6–15 years: 1.40 EUR/night/person; 16 and older: 2.30 EUR/night/person. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY! A booking confirmation, including the deposit amount, will be sent to you by the owner after booking. All payments are settled directly with the owner. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 20 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
