Welcome to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund!

Our holiday rental, situated in a quiet location near the Strelasund (60 square metres, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, max. 4 guests and one child in a travel cot, kitchenette, shower/toilet, terrace, Wi-Fi), is modern and lovingly furnished.

It features a separate entrance on the ground floor of a residential complex located just about 600 m from the Strelasund, an inlet of the Baltic Sea. From here, you can watch the sailboats go by, enjoy the fresh sea air, and simply unwind. The Strelasund features a swimming area, a playground, and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route also passes by here.

The old Hanseatic city of Stralsund is an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and on the island of Rügen, just a few kilometres away, you’ll find endless sandy beaches, the chalk cliffs, an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and Jasmund National Park.

In Stralsund itself, be sure to explore the Old Town, admire the Gothic brick buildings, and visit the imposing town hall. The Maritime Museum and the Ozeaneum are also worth a visit, especially if you’re interested in the fascinating underwater world.

The holiday rental also includes a seating area in the garden and a barbecue.

Parking is available right next to the house. The public transit bus stop is about 500 metres away.

Quietly located holiday rental with a terrace near the Strelasund:

This quiet holiday rental features a separate entrance on the ground floor of a residential complex.

It measures approximately 60 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child up to age 3 in a travel cot. It has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with seating.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic-top stove, oven, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a wardrobe. 

For a third and fourth guest, an extra bed can be set up on the couch in the living area if needed. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens. Wi-Fi is also included.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, toilet, and sink; it has a window and natural light.

The holiday rental also includes a seating area in the garden with a grill.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
