Welcome to our luxuriously furnished and newly renovated holiday home in Dorum-Neufeld—a true family paradise on the North Sea! With room for up to 17 people, this 174-square-meter holiday home—consisting of the two semi-detached units “Backbord” and “Steuerbord”—offers the highest level of comfort. The stunning view from the house of the dike and the Dorumer Neufeld lookout point promises unforgettable moments.

The garden, complete with lounge chairs and a grill, is the perfect spot to relax. In the “Steuerbord” half of the duplex, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large extendable dining table that seats 14 people, a small sofa area, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a fully equipped second bathroom on the upper floor with a “beach shower.” Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and two single beds on the upper floor, as well as another double bed on the ground floor. The children’s room features a loft bed with three beds, and for the youngest guests, a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair are provided.

In the “Backbord” half of the duplex, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an extendable dining table that seats 8 people, a large sofa area with a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a toilet and sink (no shower). Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and two single beds upstairs, as well as another double bed on the ground floor. The children’s room features a loft bed with two beds, and for the youngest guests, a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair are provided.

Explore the surrounding area with an exciting mudflat hike. Bremerhaven, with its “Havenwelten,” the Klimahaus, the Submarine Museum, the Emigration Centre, the Zoo am Meer, and an exciting speedboat safari on the rough North Sea, is just a 30-minute drive away. Cuxhaven also invites you to enjoy eventful days with its climbing park, Maritime Museum, and a ferry to Heligoland.

Enjoy the beautiful North Sea with its green beach, just a 500-meter walk away, and relax in a beach chair from the local rental service. The imposing Obereversand Lighthouse, a monument by the sea, offers breathtaking views of the Wadden Sea and is a popular photo spot. For our younger guests, there’s plenty to discover and experience right around the holiday rental! The “Watt’n Bad” wave pool with an indoor pool and the indoor playground right nearby ensure fun and variety no matter the weather. On the beach, a large pirate ship invites kids to climb, run around, and explore—a real highlight for little adventurers!

Animal lovers can visit the alpacas or try their hand at horseback riding for the first time at the pony farm (both only about 15 minutes away). And for a short day trip, a visit to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in Loxstedt is well worth it—a lovingly designed amusement park with games, fun, and treats for the whole family (about 30 minutes away).

A local bike rental service lets you explore the area on two wheels. For further relaxation, barrel saunas are available at the outdoor wave pool.

A variety of culinary delights awaits you at various restaurants, whether Greek, Spanish, seafood, Italian, or German cuisine—all just a 5-minute walk away. A pizza delivery service and a bakery for warm breakfast rolls are also in the immediate vicinity. Additional shopping options can be found locally and in nearby Dorum. For some entertaining variety, right on the beach you’ll find the Godi Golf course—a fun take on mini-golf—as well as the idyllic fishing harbour with a fish stand offering delicious rolls filled with freshly caught shrimp.

- Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are NOT included in the price and must be brought with you!

- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement!

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house!

- A local tourist tax is charged by the municipality per night and per person.

- Outdoor cameras are installed for security purposes. The cameras are completely deactivated upon the guests’ arrival. No recordings are made during your stay.
