"Luv" Holiday Home – Modern North Sea House with Sauna and Large Garden.

The Luv holiday home is a modern and cosy accommodation, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. With a living area of about 100 m², it spans two levels and offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. Built in 2021, the house exudes a cosy atmosphere with its contemporary design and tasteful furnishings.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting living and dining area that’s perfect for lingering. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite dishes, while the adjoining sun terrace overlooking the garden provides the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor meals.

The upper floor features three bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a spacious double bed, while the others each have two single beds. Thanks to the electric exterior blinds and underfloor heating, a comfortable night’s sleep is guaranteed.

The upstairs bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, ideal for relaxing baths after a day full of adventures on the North Sea coast. A special highlight of the house is the private sauna located in the basement, which invites you to enjoy relaxing wellness moments. After a refreshing sauna session, you can get your circulation going again under the large rain shower.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und 3 Erwachsenen dort und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es war alles super und besonders der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lies keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Wir durften etwas früher ins Haus und die Betten (und Kinderbetten) waren aufgebaut und bezogen. Dies hat uns das Ankommen sehr erleichtert und wir mussten nicht noch erst Betten beziehen. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter, da durch die ‚ländliche Lage‘ viele Fliegen ins Haus kamen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Sehr modernes, bequemes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Weg zum „Strand“ etwas länger, aber passt auch. Sauna und Service für kleinere Probleme und Rückfragen waren top. Wir (3Erw./2Kleinkinder) kommen gerne wieder.
