Beautiful basement apartment for three people and a dog in Marienleuchte.

Outdoor area
The Fiete holiday apartment is located in the basement, right near the beach, in the middle of a 4,000-square-meter garden that gets sun all day long.
A swimming dock right on the natural beach invites you to swim, sunbathe, fish, and take long walks.

There’s also a lockable outdoor storage room for your kite gear, bicycles, or strollers, as well as a private parking space.


Special Notes
The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide.
Bed linens and towels are not provided in the property but can be made available for a rental fee.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a 160x200 box-spring bed in the master bedroom and an 80 x 200 cm sofa bed in the smaller, second bedroom.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome here, even on the natural beach.
There is also a living room with access to the terrace.
A TV, DVD player, and CD player are provided, as well as Wi-Fi.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Fly screens are provided.


Location Description
This holiday rental is located right next to the Baltic Sea.
Marienleuchte is located in the northeast of the island of Fehmarn, making it the ideal starting point for cycling tours along the coast.
From the slightly elevated terrain around Marienleuchte, you have a view of the Puttgarden ferry terminal and, in good weather, can see all the way to Denmark.
Beach anglers, dog owners, and those seeking peace and quiet especially love Marienleuchte.

Two house-trained dogs are welcome here, but dogs are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.
We ask that you clean up after your dog on the patio.
The natural beach with a swimming pier is about 100 metres away.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei herrlichen Sommerwetter. Die Buchung und Kontakt zu den Vermietern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung gut, nur das Badezimmer mit der Dusche ist etwas eng. Die Terasse ist groß und mit einem Zaun/Tor von der anderen Terasse abgeteilt. Die große Rasenfläche, die man über eine Treppe direkt von der Terasse ereicht und von wo man am Ende den direkten Blick auf die Ostsee hat, ist unbezahlbar. Auf der Bank haben wir oft den Tag ausklingen lassen. Für den Weg zum Naturstrand und Steg mit Leiter ins Wasser benötigt man keine 5 Minuten. Fehmarn hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.
