In the centre of Pisa, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 10 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: with TV, internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 200 m. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 20 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 2 km. Nearby attractions: Torre di Pisa 400 m, Firenze 70 km, Lucca 30 km, San Gimignano 80 km, Volterra 60 km.
