The accommodation features two separate bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spaces; the flooring in the sleeping areas consists of easy-to-maintain laminate. The living room, with its comfortable sofa area and a modern TV, is perfect for cosy evenings, while the tile flooring adds a modern touch and enhances the homely atmosphere. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures in all rooms during the cooler months. All windows are equipped with privacy screens and fly screens, ensuring privacy as well as effective protection against insects.

The spacious dining area, featuring a dining table and a separate coat closet, flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which allows you to cook on your own. For your daily convenience, a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and shared washing machine and dryer are also available. The bathroom is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for a refreshing shower.

A special highlight of this house is the partially covered terrace, which serves as a sheltered outdoor area for relaxing and dining together in almost any weather. The terrace enhances the private atmosphere of the accommodation, as it is surrounded by a hedge. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and is therefore particularly suitable for guests with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Families with children and babies are warmly welcome and will find a child-friendly environment. Up to two pets are allowed, so holidaymakers with dogs can also enjoy their stay together.

The idyllic Allgäu holiday village of Hochbergle is situated on a hill, the Hochbergle, overlooking the Oberer Lechsee, nestled in a beautiful moorland landscape and offering a breathtaking view of the Ammergau Alps and the Lechsee.

Since the holiday village is built on a hill, many houses are accessible only by stairs, and in most cases, you cannot drive right up to the front door—only to a spot nearby. However, some have ground-level access and parking bays very close to the house; I’d be happy to advise you on these.
Pets are welcome in certain houses, for a fee and with advance notice; please note that leashes are required!

Our holiday village is largely car-free. Access is secured by a gate, which opens on your arrival and departure days via number plate recognition.

The holiday village also features a restaurant, which reopened in 1.5.2026.
Open daily except Tuesdays, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch are available for groups of 6 or more with advance reservation.

We also offer an external bread roll service in the mornings with delivery right to your door!

A utility building with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is available, as are electric car charging stations.
In addition, the youngest guests can enjoy a newly redesigned playground featuring table tennis tables, a climbing frame, an in-ground trampoline, balance beams, and a football field.
Games, table tennis paddles, and sleighs can be borrowed at the front desk.

Free internet access is provided in every house.
Note: The connection isn’t fast—this is a rural area!

A small, natural swimming lake, the Badewäldlesee, with a sunbathing area is just a stone’s throw away; a small dirt path leads directly there from the village.
The centre of Lechbruck am See is only 1.5 km away and easily accessible on foot via the Lechsee circular trail. Here you’ll find bakeries, supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, petrol stations, restaurants, and ice cream parlours.
