Managed by the home owners. We know the house better than any property manager.
$4500 per week in the summer. With no added expenses such as cleaning fees.
A 5 minute car ride to the Beach Club and Harbour Town. Easy bike ride.
Our 3000 square foot, 4 BR, 3 BA house was built in 2000. The house is close to the horse stables and in the center of the community. It is located on a quiet residential street with the most beautiful live oak trees in Sea Pines. Our home has a gold designation as an upscale, well-appointed house with a designer touch that includes excellent furnishings, special features and top quality amenities.
The house is non smoking, no pets and you must be 25 years to rent.
Free WiFi internet , high speed.

It is an easy bike ride to the beach and is 5 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The house is centrally located as it is equally close to the Sea Pines Gate, Harbor Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club and golf courses. The Sea Pines Beach Club has a life guard on duty. It also has an ocean front bar, snack bar/5 star restaurant serving lunches and dinners. The bathrooms and showers are kept very clean.

The house is on a large beautiful landscaped lot situated on a tidal creek affording the opportunity to fish and crab from our own private dock. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed from the screened in porch that overlooks the tidal creek. Relax in the private swimming pool or better yet rent a kayak and paddle from your own dock through the marsh to the inter coastal. This is a leisurely 30 minute paddle (one way) depending on how much wild life you see.

The house has a very open spacious feeling to it. The great room/ kitchen area is very large. The dining room table can easily seat 12 people. There are also two baby high chairs for your use. The kitchen is very ample and four people can easily prepare food at the same time without feeling cramped. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops including a granite island that seats four people. The great room is equipped with a 46 inch flat screen Roku television.

Each of our four bedrooms has a Roku television. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a TV. On the same side of the house is a bathroom and very large bedroom that sleeps four. It has 2 queens beds and a baby crib. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share one bathroom. One room has a queen. The other bedroom has a king size bed and a baby crib. Each bedroom is very comfortable in size.

Our house also has a private pool and tennis facilities nearby. The gas grill was purchased in 2020and is in the pool area. We also have high speed wireless internet for your computer needs.

Fantastic house with great owners!

This is the second time we have stayed in this house and we loved it both times. It is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Jack and Ruth are super friendly and helpful.

Great Location

We loved the location, and found the owners to be prompt in communicating with us before and during our stay. Having some extras provided, such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, food containers for storage and some condiments, was a plus. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Sea Pines Gem!

This house was beautiful and very spacious for our family vacation of 7 adults, ranging in age from 19 to 77! We spent much of our time in the pool, which was located in a very private backyard. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the abundant wildlife, including alligators! The location is perfect - close to everything in Sea Pines and our other favorite spots throughout the island. The home had pretty much everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The owners, Jack and Ruth, were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Relaxing family vacation

This was a very nice home with peaceful views of the tidal creek, a private salt water pool for relaxing, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, and a fabulous dining room table for eating meals together and playing cards. We took advantage of the great bike trails in Sea Pines and rode daily to the beach and Harbor Town (ice cream for breakfast!!). We are very appreciative that Jack and Ruth shared their comfortable home with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had a blast! The pool was a huge hit with all but especially the kids. The house had a user friendly kitchen and sleeps 10 easily. Location is wonderful and walking/bike friendly. The owners are responsive and communicate without issue. They provide a ton of info to make the stay even better than you may plan on your own!

Great family vacation!

We stayed in the house as a family of 6. Two adults, two 14 year olds and two 17 year olds. It was very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. The dock was fun to crab on when the tide was high. The pool was a great size, not too small like some of them. Great view out of the master bedroom and living room. The owners very prompt and informative with everything from booking to check out. The house was very clean. It was a little further from the beach than we would have liked but over all a great stay!!

Can’t wait for next year!

We had the best time at Jack and Ruth’s beautiful sea pine home! We are already planning our return for next year. The views off the back deck are just so beautiful. Plenty of room for our large family. Plenty of cooking utensils for all of the meals we cooked. We enjoyed riding bikes, going to the beach, swimming in the pool, visiting the many parks and playgrounds on SSI. Nice communication with the home owners and they went above and beyond to be sure we had a great stay.

May 2025 Vacay: HHI

Wonderful stay! Our "Girls Travel" group has vacationed in HHI for over 25 years and stayed in many properties in Sea Pines. This home was amazing. Well decorated and inviting. Open floor plan allowed for easy walking between bedrooms, kitchen, dining, screened-in porch and pool access. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen is well stocked. A very handy laundry room was neat and so helpful. A suggestion would be to have a handrail installed at the pool. The owners are dedicated to making sure their clients feel welcome. Communication began immediately upon rental and continued till our return home. Many thumbs up to Ruth & Jack.

A Spectacular Vacation in a Wonderful Home

This was our first time renting a vacation home with my daughter and her family and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house presented a lovely picturesque setting with a layout that had more than enough space for our family. The pool, the screened in porch and outside deck all added to our enjoyment. The owners were terrific in sending us information regarding restaurants, activities and entertainment. They couldn’t have been more helpful. In addition, the house is well cared for, immaculate and stocked with everything needed to make guests feel welcome. We are looking forward to visiting this home again- hopefully for a longer stay!

Beautiful home

This home is a treat, open and airy, and beautifully appointed. We had eight people in our group and never felt crowded. My husband and I especially appreciated the master bedroom which was a quiet and comfortable retreat when we needed a break in the middle of the day. The deck was great for rocking and watching the creek flow by, and the kids loved the pool. My husband and I loved the screened porch which was the site of our breakfast every morning. Unlike some other VRBO homes we have stayed in, this one was missing absolutely nothing that renters could want. Also, the location was conveniently near the main gate and to Publix supermarket. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Amazing Vacation!

The owners are fabulous! Answered every question and had many suggestions. We had 10 people during our stay (6 adults, 4 young children); and we had plenty of space. The home is very well kept and centrally located with easy access to activities. Crabbing from the private dock was excellent! Some of the activities completed were as follows: 1. Charter fishing with Tailhunters 2. Visit to Lawton Stables 3. Visit to Children's Science Museum 4. Visit to Harbortown and watch Greg Robbins play 5. Visit to the beach every other day using Sea Pines Beach Club 6. Children's Cruise to watch dolphins and catch sharks If you have kids, this is the place to rent in Sea Pines!

Great home for relaxing family stay!

This was our second time in Ruth and Jack's home and it is a lovely, well cared for home. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve food for 10-12 people if not more. The flatware, plates, glassware, pots and pans are of good quality (for adults and children) and there is ample space for food prep and storage. Appliances are clean and in good working order, plus a second fridge in the garage. The furnishings are all of good quality, as are the linens (we appreciated having high quality bedding-just like home!) The outdoor space is wonderful, plenty of room for everyone with the porch, the deck, the pool, and the dock. The location within Sea Pines is perfect and close to everything but so quiet and peaceful. Ruth and Jack care very much for their home and their guest's experience and it shows. Their home is clean, well maintained, and spacious enough to get some space from family members when needed, but also lots of areas to gather and play games or hang out and watch a movie. No matter the age of your family members, this home will meet your needs (there are highchairs, gate on deck stairs, crib). We would happily stay here again on our next visit to HHI!

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed this rental home for our family vacation. The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen for enjoying meals (could use an update on pans and utensils) we enjoyed the screened porch, the swimming pool and the dock. The rockers out back were also a nice touch. The Thermostat was not the easiest to figure out so we had to contact the owners for guidance. The owners were attentive to our stay. They checked in a few times to see how everything was going. Even suggested some sites to check out around the island. Jack and Ruth are so kind. Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful trip staying at this beautiful property. We have vacationed at houses with pools in the past, but the privacy surrounding this pool was outstanding! We enjoyed watching the tides go in and out off the dock and watching the birds stop by for a snack in the inlet out back. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very personable and checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. Truly a great vacation home!

It is the perfect place for a vacation alone or with family groups. There are activities for everyone without going out of Sea Pines.

What makes this property unique

We love spending time on the dock. We fish, crab and kayak from it. All meals are on the screened in porch when the weather is agreeable. It is a wonderful house for a group of people to share. It is open yet has space to spread out. The pool is safe for children and perfect to cool off on the hot summer days. We are in the center of Sea Pines. Therefore it is easy to go anywhere in the community quickly. In 5 minutes you are at the shopping area, and buying the quart of milk that you need. Or you can walk to the horse stables to visit the horses or farm animals. Also it is a quick walk to Harbor Town.
