The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, Senseo, and other kitchen appliances, is perfect for cooking together.

Families will appreciate the crib, two high chairs, and other practical amenities. Up to two dogs are welcome.

The furnished patio with lounge chairs and a parasol is perfect for relaxing. Free parking is available right next to the house. Restaurants and shopping are about 700 m away. Biking and hiking trails, mini-golf, a swimming pool, and water sports facilities are nearby.

The vacation home, renovated in 2023, is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, and gas heating.
