Above Lovran, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: garden with lawn 45 m2. In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3.6 km, supermarket 8.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 8 km, public bathing area 8 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.
