Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. A children's playground, a swing, a sandbox and a table tennis table are available for shared use.

Dobreć, 340 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
