Features a large outside porch and big private grassy back yard, steps away from North Boulder Park. Excellent location for kids. Large master bedroom/bath and two guest bedrooms (one with one twin bed and other with queen size bed) on second full bath/shower on second floor. Open kitchen adjoins living and dining area which opens out to large back porch ideal for summer cookouts. Small half bath and office/TV room also on first floor. Only available for extended stays during summer and holidays. Viewing by appointment only.

Cozy open-layout family home in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood at the foot of the mountains. Our favorite part was the comfortable backyard deck overlooking a small but nice backyard, great for conversation and meals. Excellent hosts
We loved our stay at Colm & Kate's place - it was the perfect size for our family, and the location can't be beat! Very comfortable beds, and nice bedding & linens. Communication was easy and thoughtful and we look forward to staying again in the future.
Very easy communication with owners. They even reimbursed me the cleaning fee for figuring out a glitch with the fridge. Great location. House and yard could be cleaner, but overall it was comfortable.
Kate’s house was perfect for our family get together at Christmas. The kitchen was outfitted for all our cooking needs, the living room was open and perfect for a tree and opening presents, and the bedrooms were upstairs and quiet. Views of the flatirons from the master. Would gladly stay here again!
The house was great! Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with a park right on the corner! Great backyard but I also loved sitting on the front porch watching all the dogs walk by with their owners! Close to Pear St. and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back!
The house was clean and comfortable. Set-up is great. Everything worked well. We had stayed in the the neighborhood before, and were thrilled to return. Owner promptly replied to a couple questions we had.
Great house in a Beautiful Neighborhood in Boulder
We had such a great time in this beautiful home in Boulder! The owner of the property Kate was so easy to work with. The house was centrally located in such a beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the Flatirons! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was super comfortable to just hang out and cook-in which is one of my favorite reasons to stay at a VRBO! Great experience all around. Looking forward to another stay... soon!
Loved the Newlands house. It was close enough to walk to Pearl Street (~20 minutes), but is in a nice neighbourhood away from the hubbub. Close to the foothills. House was very comfortable - great back deck and lawn.
Great 3 bedroom house. Would definitely rent this property again. Quiet neighborhood close to a nice park and close to everything in Boulder!

The original house was built in 1904 and was one of the first to be built in this neighborhood. Recently remodeled with an open floor plan to maximize the space and utilize the backyard porch and open grass area.

This house is situated in one of the great neighborhoods of Boulder out of the way from the hustle and bustle but easy walking access to all the restaurants and bars of downtown as well as the scenic open space that make Boulder one of the most desired places to live and work in the the US.
