Single family fully furnished house in central Boulder. Available: November - May, 2021. Rent includes utilities (Xcel Energy, Trash, Internet/Cable TV; Water) and bi-weekly professional housekeeping, full kitchen and in-house laundry.

Three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this an ideal home base from which to explore the many activities along Colorado's Front Range and famous mountain resorts. Our home is completely updated and has a very open floor plan with a large deck overlooking a small yard in a friendly, welcoming neighborhood. Laundry facilities in the unfinished basement.

What you will love in the neighborhood:
Fabulous hiking/biking/parks out our front door. Mountain views. Ten minutes from the famous Pearl St mall; shopping, cafes, nightlife. Walk or bike to the farmers' market, downtown, Univ. of Colorado campus, and some of the best hiking, climbing, biking trails in North America!

Allergic to pets? Don't worry, we do not have any so there's no pet dander to be concerned about. NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED.

Spacious and comfy

Perfect home for our family to stay for CU graduation. Far enough away from the congestion and chaos of all the families in town but close enough to get to our son in 10 minutes! Lots of space and great kitchen to cook a celebratory meal. Terri was great about communication!

Clean, classy, homey!

Perfect for four adult cousins for a long-weekend get-a-way. Located in a quiet neighborhood! Felt like home. Well-equipped kitchen. Nearby trails and parks. Grocery store/Safeway relatively close. We were honored to have been guests of our hostess.

Needs better AC upstairs in month of August. maybe get a single unit for 2nd floor or at least master bedroom. The rental should have easier curtains to open for the back door. I nor my wife could not figure it out and were afraid to break. Other then that it was an excellent place to stay near boulder.

Thanks for the feedback on the a/c. We could have lowered the temperature below 75 if you had asked. The curtains have operating instructions on the wall right behind them.

Boulder Stay

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was delightful. It should have been a perfect visit to see our daughter at CU, however…… When we arrived at the beautiful house we found that the house, which was advertised as a three bedroom, had one bedroom locked and unavailable. Normally this might have been fine, but due to a medical condition, my wife and I needed separate rooms and when our daughter asked to stay with us instead of her dorm, we could only offer her the couch. When I contacted the owners they said if we were unhappy we could check out and they would refund us our money which was not an option since we were visiting from out of State. No apology for advertising a three bedroom house, but delivering a two bedroom house or offering any change in nightly rate due to one room unavailable. Without this issue, we would highly recommend this property, but I would caution that you may not get what you agreed to and the owners did not seem to care.

As I communicated, the house was reserved for two people. Two bedrooms were available which should have satisfied the reservation as booked. I was out of town and had no way of opening the third room. I provided the option for a refund if they wanted to checkout early. They refused my offer and hence the negative feedback. Honest communication for who’s going to be in the house is critical for a good experience for both parties.

Today it’s characterized by scientific research centers, the University of Colorado, artsy folks and hyper-athletic citizens. Located 30 minutes northwest of Denver, Boulder is a captivating community enriched with natural beauty, hip urban culture and a vibrant love of the outdoors. Hiking, biking, farmer's markets, pedestrian-friendly Pearl Street Mall, theater, national historical landmarks, and award-winning restaurants make Boulder an ideal place to visit.

WINTER FUN
While not a traditional ski town, Boulder was named a “Top Winter Town” by National Geographic Traveler for its proximity to skiing and charming downtown vibe. The magazine cites the ability to ski nearby Eldora Mountain Resort in the morning and head back down to town for a hike or bike ride in the afternoon. Non-downhill skiers love Eldora’s Nordic Center, which offers lessons and trails designed specifically for cross-country skiing, skate skiing and snowshoeing.
