Welcome to our charming West Styrian farmhouse—a lovingly renovated retreat surrounded by untouched nature. Nestled among forests and gentle hills, the house offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and authentic country charm.



Numerous hiking trails start right outside the front door—ideal for those seeking activity and relaxation in nature. The idyllic Soboth reservoir is just a few minutes’ drive away and is perfect for swimming, paddling, or walking in summer. Designated mountain bike trails are also close by. The outdoor pool in St. Oswald provides refreshment and variety during the warmer months.



The farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests and features three cozy double bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a separate WC. The spacious kitchen-living area, with a traditional wood stove and modern amenities, is perfect for cooking and spending time together.



In the large garden, you will find several seating areas with views of nature and a small pond that completes the idyllic atmosphere. Start your day listening to birdsong or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
