Welcome to Seeparx Süsel at Chalet Black Pearl. Dog owners are also welcome here. The property is fully fenced. Seeparx is located in the heart of Holstein Switzerland, near Scharbeutz with its fine-sand beach / dog beach / dog-friendly forest / the Baltic Sea / dogs / fenced-in property.

Seeparx Süsel is located just a few kilometres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, right on the Middelburg Lakes.

Water sports enthusiasts, in particular, will be thrilled, as the large water ski and wakeboard facility is right on your doorstep.
Our “Black Pearl” chalet is very comfortable and modernly equipped, featuring two separate bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, and an open kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
All windows in the chalet have roller shutters or pleated blinds. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the high-quality leather sofa.

On the large terrace, which is partially covered, you’ll find a complete set of patio furniture, including chair cushions. From there, you can enjoy a great view, as the chalet is situated on a slight hill.
The holiday village offers recreational activities for the whole family. Walk straight from your holiday home in your swimwear to the beautiful swimming lake, or rent a SUP there. A large new children’s playground, a basketball and beach volleyball court, and marked hiking trails round out the offerings.

Chaletpark Süsel is located in the heart of beautiful Ostholstein, between a nature park and the Baltic Sea coast. The popular Baltic Sea beaches of Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, and Scharbeutz are not far away.

The resort is designed for couples and families; please refrain from group bookings and party trips!
