The holiday flat is located in the attic of a detached house in a secluded location, close to Austria and the Czech Republic, with a magnificent view. The house is situated at the foot of the 1300m high mountain "Drei Sessel"

It is a holiday flat in the attic. There is one bedroom with a double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The living-cooking area is separate with a small fitted kitchen, dining table and sofa as well as 2 armchairs for watching TV. There is also a balcony with a marvellous view of Austria and, weather permitting, the Alps.

The house in which the holiday flat is located is surrounded by 1.4 hectares of land. The forest begins opposite the house, or hiking trails or cycle paths in the immediate vicinity. The access road is not very busy.

Internet is available with WLAN. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored. The property has two small ponds that invite you to relax in the summer. The municipality of Neureichenau charges a visitor's tax. This tourist tax must be collected by the landlord. The municipality of Neureichenau provides e-bikes for hire as well as a nearby camoing area. Icelandic horses can be rented in the immediate vicinity, the corresponding forest paths are free for riding.

The property is located in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. In Austria, the Mühlenviertel is easily accessible and Linz is 70 km away. Passau is also easily accessible at 40 km. In the Czech Republic is the Moldaustausee, also reachable. Krumlov ( Krumau ) on the Vltava is worth a day trip as a world heritage site. Kilometres of cycle paths and roads with little traffic in Bavaria, Tchechei and Austria for hiking and cycling through deep forests round off the picture, and for active holidaymakers as cyclists or hikers, good relaxation is guaranteed, even for walkers you can relax in the peace and quiet and on the hiking trails. In winter, you can actively relax on cross-country ski trails.
