Cozy, comfortable, and location couldn't have been better for the beach and town. Easy walk everywhere, easy bike to Sunset Beach, well set up for my 2 year old grandson.

Great Cape May Location

Nancy and Jim were great hosts; very welcoming and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable and very convenient to all the main Cape May attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy. Hosts are upstairs so easily available but not at all obtrusive. The space is very clean. Location is great with several shops and restaurants within a few blocks, beach and the mall a 10 minute walk.

Had a good time, place was clean and close to town. But I would note this is a duplex to future renters, owners stay upstairs.

We booked this place last minute. Nancy and her husband were great and very accommodating. The location is fantastic-about 6 blocks to the beach and town, and a couple blocks to coffee, ice cream, and some great restaurants.

Nancy & Jim are wonderful hosts in this extremely clean and comfortable rental. Central to beaches, great birding spots and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping breakfasts etc and beds were very comfortable. Great communication with hosts

Very nice home

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, beach and much more. The home is exactly as described online. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome in their home. We will definitely be back.

Quiet street, easy walk to beach

House was as listed. Owners were on site and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the convenience of having chairs provided at the beach so we didn't have to carry them. We would stay here again.

Just Perfect

House and location were great and hosts were available and responsive to any question we had. House was clean and comfortable, porch and neighborhood are great, really relaxing, everything we wanted from a beach house. Having access to the beach box, so we didn’t need to carry chairs and umbrellas to and from the beach was really nice. All in all, met all our expectations and more!

Nice little property. Very small bathroom and less than optimal water pressure but other than that, it is clean, exactly as advertised and the owner was wonderful to deal with. Can walk to all the good stuff in town (about .6 miles to Congress Hall and Shopping area). Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Jim and Nancy were very friendly and helpful. We loved their beach cottage. Everything you need for a fun vacation. Beach chairs waiting for you at the beach. Beach badges. A grill, picnic table ... So much to see and do. We'll be back!

Family Gathering

Location was wonderful and walkable. Street is peaceful and relaxing. A break from where we live. Nancy and Jim are upstairs. Very helpful and pleasant. Only downside was the beach box wasn’t convenient, but we didn’t need to use it. The house was actually larger in person. We hope to be back again!

Top-notch

Hands down the _cleanest_ property I’ve ever rented - absolutely spotless. It’s also the first place I’ve ever rented where everything actually worked - lights, ceiling fans, AC, appliances, all of it. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet, and the owners are friendly and accessible (they live on the second floor). Street parking on the one-way street is scarce but renters have the use of the one-car driveway. No hesitation - I’d stay here again. Thank you, Nancy and Jim.

Nice getaway

Nancy and Jim's place was perfect for my family. We went to celebrate my son's birthday with my husband sister, brother in law and niece. Perfect location, convenient to the center and beach. Quiet street and fair amount of parking for your 2nd car. CVS is around the corner and a plus if you have small children. Always needing something. Nancy was super considerate and even offered a very nice gift for my son. Totally unexpected and felt warm and welcomed. Have fun to the next family that gets to stay at their place!

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Nancy and Jim were great hosts and are available for any needs you may have. We used the kitchen appliances, wi-fi, grill, outside shower, AC and porch. Everything worked, the place was really clean and exactly as described. Beds and pillows were comfortable. You can get to the beach or the Washington St Mall in ten-minute walk or easy drive. We had no issues and would gladly stay here again! Thank-you!
