Die Fewo ist mit technischen Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Gestaltung der Räume ist ansprechend, man fühlt sich wohl.
Im Inserat würden wir die Lage im 2.OG mehr hervorheben, die insgesamt 60 Treppenstufen (ab Strasse) sind v.a. mit Gepäck sicher nicht für jeden Mieter geeignet.
