This "Beach Baby" is well loved by guests, we have return guests each year that insist on this lovely Townhome. Booking now for Holidays / Winter 2024 with lowest prices of the year, and all dates thru 2025! Reserve your preferred dates, this property sells out in peak seasons and Holidays!

Guest will also enjoy the entire unit being professionally decorated by local designers. All new furniture and décor will be added to the unit to give it a beautiful beach look. The lay out will be a little different with the main floor bedroom having a king size bed. The upstairs master will have a king bed and the second upstairs bedroom will have a queen and a twin. The living room will also sleep two additional people on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. In total the unit will sleep 9 people.

*** We have two of these that are about exactly alike - this unit #7 we call Beach Baby and unit #10 Bikini Bottom - as they are just alike calendar may reflect availability for #10, there is no real difference ***

Beach Baby is a very nice gulf front three bedroom/ three bath town home. Gulf views are fantastic!! It also has a pool and tennis court which is seldom found when renting a town home!
This unit has a very 'beachy feel' and provides an atmosphere of relaxation that is perfect for your vacation! You will enjoy the nicely furnished living space complete with incredible views, a fully supplied kitchen with beautiful granite counters and stainless appliances and ample dining space for group meals. When you are ready for a little quiet time you can retire to a beautifully decorated bedroom, there are three to choose from! All bathrooms are nicely updated and convenient to the bedrooms.
Staying in a town home versus a condominium offers much more space indoors and outdoors. Beach Baby has a balcony off of the main living room, a balcony off the master bedroom, and a patio down below.
This unit also has its own private garage that opens up from the parking lot and also opens to face the gulf. This makes it easy to come off of the beach and toss all of the sandy toys and chairs right in to the garage. What a great feature!

Owners of this unit have provided Beach chairs and Umbrellas for guests to use on Navarre Beach!

Beach Baby is the ideal vacation spot on Navarre Beach which is pristine and has stunning sugar white sands, emerald waters, the longest fishing pier in the entire Gulf of Mexico and designated snorkeling Marine Sanctuaries! Beautiful View with a Comfy Feel

Convenient vacation home

Beach baby is a nicely appointed, spacious vacation home located directly on the beach. Navarre beach is one of the most pristine beaches on the Panhandle, and this home is located right in the middle of the action. The two car garage was one of my husband's favorite amenities, while I thoroughly enjoyed the private balcony in the master bedroom. This is our sixth trip to Navarre beach and we've stayed at several of the condo buildings (which are all nice) but the convenience of not having to wait for the elevator, or share the pool with a ton of people sold us on this property.

only a few complaints: the screen door was secure we had to fix It every day. No good comfortable beach chairs. The upstairs bedroom really needed to be vacuumed. There were no basic supplies in kitchen. Often a rental has salt, pepper, sugar, coffeee filters... but we had nothing in the cabinets.

Hmm, not sure how productive of a review this is. First, not sure what the guest is talking about with the screen door, we have full time maintenance and text, email, and phone contact and we would of fixed whatever issue they are describing. Second, neither beach equipment or food items are supplied and that is communicated prior to the guest arrival - given the current environment and cleaning requirements we remove all food items left by previous guests as we cannot take responsibility for left over food items. We had a very nice stay at this condo. Our unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. I cooked all of our meals. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. Cookware and utensils were slim pickings and what was there wasn’t in good shape. However, I asked management for a large covered skillet and wine opener and they delivered requested items within 24 hours. There was a Keurig. There wasn’t beach service, but we brought our own chairs and umbrellas and there were also numerous chairs and umbrellas in the garage (but those weren’t in the best shape).Access to beach was easy..just walk down the stairs from your balcony, down the sidewalk and over the boardwalk to the beach. We brought our small dog and there was a strip of grass at the bottom of the stairs where we could walk her. Bring your own poop bags. None were provided and there wasn’t an outside trash can. There is an outside shower right outside the garage door. But, handle was busted and fixed with tape and a bag. Boardwalk and stairs to beach were sand covered. There was so much sand on the beach stairs that they could be a fall hazard. The pool is located on the inside courtyard of the other rental unit buildings. So not the best ambiance. The pool itself is well shaded but this causes leaves and debris in the pool. There was a good amount of sediment on the bottom and in corners. Overall a good, comfortable stay, but some additional attention to supplies and groundskeeping would be appreciated.

On The Beach, Thoughts on Condo Improvements/issues

The location and ease of beach access were great, and overall condo layout was perfect for our family. However, there were issues in the condo (ice maker, repair response good) and it was just not very well equipped with basic items that we are used to seeing in VRBO units. For example, no oven mitts/pads for handling hot dishes. Limited supply of paper items, no salt/pepper, other items that are always available in our experiences. Also, cleanliness was poor. We know sand gets everywhere, but there were stains on rugs, bedspread and the den room carpet was very dirty ash it showed up on a crawling baby with dark feet and knee stains. So that we disappointing to find. (personally, I'd throw that living room rug out and get something without much fluff or nice flat mat. Working with management folks was great and they were very responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay.

Very nice location but needs some things fixed.

The place was only surface clean, it needed a good deep cleaning. The carpets were very dirty. It needed more bedding, and one of the beds had dirty sheets we had to wash. there were no screens on the patio doors. Property manager was very good at helping us with everything we needed.

This is an unbelievable review. These guests stayed with us for 3 months, we went above and beyond for them several times to make sure they had everything they needed and or wanted. This property does not have carpet? Not sure what they are even talking about. If a guest has an issue with a set of sheets (that of course have been washed) we would of brought out new sheets and made up the bed for them. The only part of this review I would pay attention to is the last line. These guests will not be welcomed back. Gulf Coast Getaways.

Location was a winner, the rest, not so much

Upon arriving at our rental, we were thrilled with the location. The beach was quite literally steps away and you could hear the waves from the outside decks. The rental was tastefully decorated and just the right amount of space that we needed for 2 families with a total of 4 kids ranging from 1 year - 12 years old. Then we ventured through the house. •There was a dirty diaper under one of the beds. •There was condensation leaking from all of the vents. •There was mold growing on the leaking vents. •A vinyl plank in the downstairs hallway had moved away from the others and was a dangerous spot for barefoot kids. •The smoke alarm in the “kids room” was hanging from the ceiling. •A shower later that day revealed that the shower on the first floor wasn’t draining properly. I would like to point out that upon letting management know about the dirty diaper, and requesting a recleaning of the rental, they agreed, however, we visited in the middle of hurricane Ida and having cleaners inside with us while no one could leave didn’t seem ideal so we passed on the additional cleaning. The smoke alarm and shower were addressed on day 2 of our stay. When the condensation from the vents became a slipping hazard, maintenance came to take a look and assured us that it was “no big deal” and “just due to the humidity”. We made him aware of the mold that we had cleaned from the vents and asked that the message be passed on to management to address cleaning practices better. That was on day 3 of our stay. By day 4 everyone felt “under the weather” which we attributed to the mold exposure. I must also note, that one child experienced mold exposure symptoms as early as day 2 of our stay, but everyone by day 4. Our two families left on our last day and went to separate states ( TX and KY) and everyone in both places experienced extended effects of mold exposure. The rental would have received much higher scores from us had we not experienced these bad cleaning practices and adverse effects during and after our stay. We have been home from our trip for almost 6 days now and we are finally feeling better. I recommend that management/owners look into the “condensation” from all of the vents and address the mold inside the vents with a deep and thorough cleaning in all the ducts and the heating/cooling systems. I hope no one else experiences what we did during our stay. We would stay in this area again, but not in this rental.

Okay, some of this review is useable and some is flatly just incorrect. It does appear the cleaning staff did a very poor job prior to the guests arrival, as is mentioned we offered to have them come out for a re-clean and it was denied. Secondly, the context of this stay was a 5 day stay during the middle of Hurricane Ida to our west, the weather was pretty terrible the entire time during the guest stay to include cloudy, windy, rainy and high humidity. Mildew does develop on air conditioning vents often in our beach properties, especially if the AC is running and guest leave doors open exposing the unit to the extremely high humidity - this is not mold! We have managed this unit for 13 years with over 400 separate guest groups and have never once had this accusation made - this is just irresponsible by these guests. I am sure they were disappointed in the initial cleaning presentation and it was compounded by basically terrible beach weather their entire stay - for some reason they felt it necessary to make a baseless mold claim? Please read the many other very positive reviews and make your own judgements. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Condo was right on beach, short walk from door to board walk to beach. Parking was the only issue. There is a garage but it is very small and tight. The parking places outside barely fit two cars. But the pass thru garage was nice.

Great Stay In Navarre Beach

The property was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a very short walk to the sand. We were able to bring our golden retriever which was a huge bonus!! Even though he wasn’t able to go onto the beach it was nice having him with us. There were plenty of areas to walk him for potty breaks. The beds were quite comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again. The only complaints I could mention (and it’s all very minor) are: 1. There were multiple black stains on the upper level guest bedroom’s Queen box springs. Not sure what it was but a pest control guy came out to investigate promptly to verify it wasn’t of concern. I do hope they will replace or clean the box springs though. 2. The kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans that were in good shape for cooking. There were some but it was kind of a hodge podge of items that made cooking some things a bit difficult. We brought our own grill so we did ok! Also- potholders. There are NONE. So that made things interesting when using the oven. 3. The floors were very sandy when we arrived which is understandable at the beach but I had hoped to start out with floors as free of sand as possible. I was able to sweep and vacuum myself multiple times to keep the floors cleaner but the vacuum is in pretty bad shape and the broom needs replacing as bristles are falling out of it. Again, overall a great trip and a great place to stay. We would stay again and I would recommend this place to others.
