About Josiane Lindstrom
Retired French-Swedish couple , we live in this area since January 2000. We have renovated and decorated our house which was in a bad shape when we bought it to make a causy place adapted to our needs. Today we have a lovely garden with fruit trees, a few wine plants and a nice pool. Our kitchen-garden provides us with nice vegetables during the warm season, the ultimate gratification of our repeated efforts..

Why Josiane Lindstrom chose Lorgues
Our house at 3km from the village is a perfect place for 2 persons but when our children or our friends, coming from far, visit us, it is quickly very crowded. That is why we bought this apartment near our house to make them feel at home during their stays with us. As we don't have visitors all the time we have decided to offer to other people to stay there. Lorgues geographycally situation is just perfect for all kind of excursions in the Provence region. We are in the middle of a huge amount of different landskapes like sea, mountains, countrysides, wineyards, forets, big cities, islands, with an incredible diversity of activities the whole year round under a mild and mostly sunny climate. The proximity of rapide and complete infrastructures like motorways, railways, airports, harbours offer all kind of horizons. At the same time Lorgues is an authentic and modern village offering all sorts of service and facilities where it is good to live and rest . Try it, you won't be disappointed!
What makes this apartment unique
We found this apartment renovated with very good taste, both modern with many electrical plugs and well planned cupboards but also in a typical and charming Provence style. We got very found of this beautiful place at once and still think that we could very well live there. We have furnished our apartment with great care to make it pleasant and comfortable to cook, to rest and simply to feel good. The furniture are robust and appropriate, the equipment modern and fonctionnal, the bed is large and of good quality and the kitchen well equipped. Cycles, prams, skis or golf bags can be locked in the cellar on the bottom floor. The main entrance has a digicode for a good security. The building is situated on a one way street which limits the trafic and provides a quiet surrounding in spite of the proximity of the main street. Built in the XVIIe century with thick stone walls it is rather cool during the summer. It has been renovated in the seventies with a large and comfortable staircase and a refreshed façade in 2010.
