An activity room with games, a home bar, and a PlayStation 4 is also available. The house is ideal for multiple families, with twelve bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across four distinct areas, and additional loft space above the activity room. Outside, a partially covered terrace, a large play area, and a multi-purpose court are shared with the neighboring house. The court features an astroturf pitch for various sports, and the play area includes swings, a play tower, a climbing frame, and an in-ground trampoline.
