Spacious 3-room holiday apartment in Timmendorfer Strand with 90 m² of living space and room for up to 5 people.

The heart of the apartment is the bright living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and cosy seating area that invites you to relax. An electric fireplace rounds out the cosy atmosphere. From the living room, you can step out onto the 3 m² southwest-facing balcony, which offers plenty of sunshine—please note that barbecuing is not permitted here. The adjacent, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, a Nespresso capsule machine, and an air fryer—ideal for self-catering during your holiday. Two separate bedrooms with double beds ensure restful nights. The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower (entry height approx. 37 cm), toilet, and hair dryer. For families with small children, a travel cot and a high chair are available.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for the bikes you bring with you. Wi-Fi is included.

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Wohnung Strandgut 25 sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Tolle Betten, saubere Bettdecken und Kissen, Regendusche, sehr gut ausgestattet Küche. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zum Zentrum und Strand sind wir mit dem Rad 10 Minuten gefahren. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
