This holiday flat is located in a quiet area of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from Pical beach and approx. 500 m from the old town of Porec. A restaurant and shops can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house has a total of two holiday flats: one for four and one for two people. The landlord lives on the first floor. There is a car park in front of the house.
The holiday flat for two people with an area of 35 m² is located on the high ground floor of the house and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with double bed, satellite TV and an exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.
The property is 700 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 100 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 100 metres away.
