This holiday flat is located in the quiet district of Cimizin, just a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and approx. 900 m from the old town of Porec. The house is situated on a 400m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Car park in front of the house and garden with barbecue for shared use. The landlord lives in the house and can be contacted at any time.
This newly renovated flat is located on the mezzanine floor and offers 40m2 of space for 2-3 people. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with double bed and beautiful covered terrace with seating and a bathroom with bath/WC. The flat is partially air-conditioned and has WLAN.
