What a nice escape this was. Beautiful and quiet home with no problems. We will definitely stay again if we get the chance. Our host even reached out halfway through the stay to make sure everything was going well.

15 minute walk to beautiful downtown charlevoix and Lake Michigan. High quality washer and dryer and kitchen appointments. Gregg was the most thoughtful, responsive, and generous host that I've encountered with any rental. Highly recommend him and his property. (Know that there are significant stair steps)

Gregg and Lisa have done a great job with this house. Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing, and Gregg did a great job with communication on all of the little details.It's clean, and it's well appointed, as a good rental should be. I would definitely come back again, and I recommend this rental to other families coming to Charlevoix!We were there during the Venetian Festival, and you can literally have a great view of the fireworks FROM the balcony! Great house!

This place exceeded our expectations. We stayed here to enjoy the New Year at Charlevoix and to ski at Boyne. Location is on the north side and a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. Boyne was about 40 minutes on snowy roads. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. The owners have done an exceptional job with decorating and furnishing the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to return!

Perfect for families with everything you could need!

We had an amazing time and the place was so clean!! The towels were luxurious, the blankets were cozy, and the space was relaxing! Super close to depot beach and downtown Charlevoix! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Would rent again for sure!

Just like home!

Wonderful stay at this property. Home is updated which gave it a nice modern feel up north. The owner supplied all necessities so that when we arrived we could just begin our vacation! Definitely would rent property again!
